Overview:


This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to help build a business unit from scratch that sets the standard for client service and efficiency in the industry, to complete the offering of a long established, fast growth asset management firm.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with Management in setting and driving the organizations vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
  • Assist in setting the framework on how best to establish the MANCO
  • Review and implementation of key systems
  • Hiring and training of relevant staff
  • Negotiating various agreements required with service providers, such as the Trustees, LISPs, Finswitch
  • Collaborating with department heads (Distribution, Operations and Marketing) to ensure that a world class product is delivered to the client

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the regulated CIS space
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry service providers and available systems
  • Experience in delivering market leading client service
  • Strong strategic planning and management capabilities
