Our client in the solar energy industry based in Midrand is currently looking for a
Solar Sales Executive.


Responsibilities:


  • Sell solar energy solutions.
  • New business development this is a new division within the company and therefore looking for a selfstarter.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
  • Establishment of new client base.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans and call reports.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • All administration around the sales function, including preparation of documentation, quotations, follow ups and lead administration.

Requirements:

years demonstrated experience in obtaining sales leads in the solar/energy industry and other compatible businesses.

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently, ethically and target driven.
  • Own vehicle with a valid driver's licence.

Renumeration:


  • R R18 000 per month + commission.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
