Tasks would include:
- General Customer Support.
- Account cleanups and projects.
- Ensuring the resolution of queries on client accounts.
- Providing feedback on all queries within a timely matter.
- Adhering to process flows.
- Adhering to turnaround times, SLAs.
- Assisting with GPS given projects.
