Purpose of the Position


We have a marketing/creative department that is a hive of activity across our various brands and spans in expertise from brand management to graphic design, copy writing, digital marketing, social media and more.

As Video Content Creator, your primary role will involve the creation of top-notch video content and the oversight of our social media channels, websites and marketing materials.

Working closely with the media team, you'll play a key role in conceiving innovative ideas, coordinating the planning and execution of video projects, and curating compelling content.

This position demands a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a comprehensive grasp of current social media trends and best practices.


Key Performance Areas
- **Produce Exceptional Client-Facing Content**: Develop and deliver high-quality video content tailored for clients and prospects, ensuring it aligns with their expectations and showcases the organization in the best light.

Adherence to Brand and Design Guidelines: Create video, audio, and animated content while strictly adhering to established brand and design guidelines. This includes crafting both short-form (up to three minutes) and long-form (up to 20 minutes) content.
