    We are a leading short-term rental property management agency based in Cape Town. Our team is passionate about travel, tourism, real estate, and leveraging technology to maximize rental revenue.

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the short-term rental, property management, or real estate industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cold call potential clients to introduce our services and explain the benefits of our short-term rental management services.
    • Follow up on warm leads to convert prospects into signed clients and develop long-term relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in Cape Town and collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the short-term rental, property management, or real estate sector.
    • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners.
    • Familiarity with Cape Town's real estate market, especially in De Waterkant area, is an advantage.
