My duties and responsibilities in this position are:

Management, Leadership and Development of Staff
Regular Reporting as required by Management
Submitting of Travel Claims
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and goals.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
Manage and coach sales teams to improve their performance and productivity.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on sales team and individual performance.
Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ongoing training for sales staff and himself
Marketing insights and competition analysis

I will achieve the following results (or KPI's) in this position:

Do Quarterly evaluation of Teams performance
Sales revenue and profitability Report submitted monthly
Sales team report to be submitted once per month
Usage and maintenance of Pipe Drive System
Final Sign off of 5 Ways report weekly and monthly
Sales pipeline and forecasting report monthly
Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score
Sales team turnover rate and employee engagement Report Monthly
Sales to expense ratio and return on investment for sales activities Report Monthly
Sales team Professional Development Plans set out for each sales person Quarterly
Achieving of Sales Targets as set out by Micon Water from time to time

I will meet these standards while working in this position:

Provide Monthly reports by 7th of each month
Provide weekly reports by Friday 15:00
Handle new lead enquiries within 24 hours
Return all calls made to the company telephone
