- Develop and implement a regional strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create organisational capacity and integrate Commercial and Operations activities across the Region.
- D drive business growth and profitability through effective commercial and operational strategies.
- Manage day-to-day activities within the Regional Hub.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7).
- Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) advantageous.
- Approximate >5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior management level.
- Minimum 5 years' experience handling multi-branch operations.
- Experience in rental industry preferably in mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of growing region's revenue, profitability and ROIC.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Sound judgement and decision-making.
- Drive for results.
- Problem solving skills.
- Leadership capability.
