Durban is seeking a skilled
Consumer Service Administrator to join their team.


Requirements:


  • Matric qualification/ Grade 1
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow to ensure resolution. Record customer interaction
  • Identify consumers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Bookingin repairs and sending the Agent's daily job card report.
  • Ensure you close all the CVs when bookingin units.
  • Ensure that all the repair notes are captured on Sage.
  • Ensure the use of SMS function & sequence numbers.
  • Ensure that all the repairs are repaired within SLA.
  • Ensure that credit is processed within the required time frame.
  • Manage & keep track of all the stock received & dispatched.
  • Manage stock in the branch.
  • Update the consumers & Service Administrators on repair statuses daily.
  • Liaise with the Agent daily regarding consumer and customer repairs.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is attached to EDMS.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Ensure the correct policies, procedures and guidelines are consistently adhered to.
  • Take the extra mile to engage consumers.
  • Make sure the branch office & repair cage is always neat & tidy.

Salary:

R R 9 000


Salary:

R8, R9,000.00 per month
