    About the Role:

    • As a Commercial Underwriter, you will underwrite a range of products including personal lines, commercial lines, engineering, liability, and transport.
    • You will leverage your technical risk knowledge to maintain high service standards.
    • You will provide exceptional client service with a proactive approach.
    • You will manage claims effectively while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and service providers.
    • You will exhibit strong administration and time management skills.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
    • Solid experience in short-term insurance underwriting.
    • Proven claims experience.
    • Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric certificate.
    • NQF Level 4 (Full qualification) or higher.
    • RE5 certification.
