Description

The Delivery Manager (Telemarketing & Performance) takes ownership of the day to day client programme to ensure efficient and effective delivery of telmarketing campaigns.

They are responsible for mentoring and motivating a team of between Delivery Execs, delivering and maintaining high standards of quality assurance and excellent customer experience to support the CS Manager

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Mentor and motivate the team to achieve the best results
Briefing the Delivery Exec team on projects
Maximising Output and deliverables across clients within their portfolio
Ensuring appropriate levels of Delivery Exec cover across ongoing activities
Assisting with on the job training activities with colleagues
Ensuring outputs (appts/call reports) are aligned with campaign requirements

Motivate and Mentor the team to achieve excellent results
Follows a collaborative and effective "one team" ethos within your team, to deliver excellent results for the client
Assigns appropriate agents to Campaigns
Shares knowledge with colleagues and encourages experienced team members to mentor colleagues & collaborate to optimise delivery
Mentoring and coaching colleagues working on assigned projects
Takes pride in following ONF core values

Briefing the Delivery Execs team on projects
Working with the CS Team to understand the specific telemarketing brief and key deliverables of each campaign
Briefing the delivery execs to ensure full understanding and engagement in the campaign
Driving results through the briefing process
Able to use own initiative to overcome project issues within the confines of the original brief
Assisting with on the job training and coaching activities with colleagues
Development of colleagues through training, support and motivation

Salary:
R19, R20,000.00 per month
