Description

Duties:

Develop and implement sales operations through sales activities, exploring new business opportunities to achieve goals, meet sales objectives and develop relationships with various stakeholders
Develop and maintain key insurance partner relationships
Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
Implement KPI metrics for the Dealer Network, drive sales to meet / exceed agreed targets and report performance to stakeholder executives
Ensure exceptional Customer / Dealer and Stakeholder satisfaction index results by implementing suitable monitoring and countermeasure processes
Revise, review, and support sales processes ensuring that they deliver the best possible customer / dealer / stakeholder experience and service
As the Sales Operations liaison, establish, develop and own dealer network relationships
Assist the dealer network with guidance and training as necessary
Encourage environment of collaboration and alignment of sales objectives

Insurance Portfolio Responsibilities:

Sales reporting
Support with complaints, queries, cancellations, new sales, loading issues, claims
Partner, Supplier, Dealer and Service Provider Relationship

Experience Required:

At least 3 years experience in Insurance and Retail Sales
Experience in sales planning and execution of plans

Practical experience in the following:
structuring sales quota goals, planning sales
Professional written ad verbal communication and interpersonal skills is a requirement
Evidence supporting strong motivational ability to support and drive sales / stakeholder teams to produce results
Ability to manage various simultaneously and within tight deadlines
Works well with diverse teams and actively participates in and / or facilitates group meetings
The role will include frequent travel, a flexible schedule and may require occasional weekend and / or evening work

Qualifications:

Degree in Sales / Marketing / Insurance or suitable equivalent 3 years
NQF- Level qualification
