Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Coordination of Sales Activities:

Organize and coordinate day-to-day activities for the sales department.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.


Proposal Preparation:

Prepare compelling and accurate proposals for potential clients, showcasing the unique offerings of our hotel.


Site Visit Scheduling:

Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective clients, ensuring a memorable and informative experience.


Trade Show Attendance:


Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and events to promote our services and establish connections within the hospitality sector.


Sales Database Management:

Maintain and update the sales database regularly to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.


Qualifications:


Experience:

Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the hospitality industry.


Education:

Hospitality Management, or a related field.


Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software OPERA or similar.


Networking:

Proven experience in networking and relationship-building within the hospitality industry.


Flexibility:

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
