    An Exciting Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Africa

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at the Midrand branch as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in finding and hiring the right people to fill open roles, encompassing sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding employees, while aligning with the organisation's long-term goals within the Sub Saharan Africa region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
    • Candidate and Client Experience Management
    • Performance and Process Optimisation
    • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

    The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, therefore extensive experience is essential.

    Requirements:

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (non-negotiable)

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition outside of South Africa
    • Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience on scarce to difficult to fill positions across manufacturing
    • ATS experience mandatory, and must be digitally savvy
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using HR software and recruiting applications
    • Commitment to upholding the company's values, including diversity and equity
