    Description

    In this role, you will lead a territory and drive business results by enhancing Apple brand awareness through customer experience and advocacy. You will collaborate with store teams and regional leadership to inspire forward-thinking and build strong relationships.

    You will:

    • Influence store and regional leadership across multiple points of sale to achieve partner sales targets and grow business.
    • Collaborate and train reseller teams on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines, promoting outstanding customer experiences.
    • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition.
    • Maintain high standards of merchandising and brand representation throughout your territory.
    • Strive for excellence in delivering daily care and inspection, escalating issues for timely resolution.
    • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among teammates.
