Your role Define and select manufacturing tools and manufacturing philosophy Define and evaluate new processes Provide inputs during the development process regarding testability and usability of manufacturing equipment, the assembly of new development items and existing specifications Control the manufacturing process and ensure corrective action and risk management Generate manufacturing processes documents and putup necessary processes to enhance manufacturing. Route cause / Failure analysis and Corrective action Defects and trend analysis. Risk assessment and ensure continuous improvement. Implementation and Training on FOD, LEAN, 5's etc. and other lean concepts. Cost of poorquality calculations and eliminate process WASTE. Manufacturing Risk analysis, Gaps identifications and Improvement projects Effectively govern all the Product/Process Audit findings within Supply Chain. Optimize processes for operational efficiency and cost savings. Continuous support to manufacturing machine utilisation to save costs
Profile:Develops, improves manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; in liaison with equipment vendors and improve overall manufacturing processes through analysis and strategic planning. Identify inefficient manufacturing processes and work to eliminate them to increase output and decrease costs.

Required skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management A good understanding of Manufacturing & Industrial engineering principles Operational and General Business Management skills Computer literate MS Office Suite, MS ProjectsDesired skills:

Minimum of 5-10 years of Supply Chain / MRP / Master Scheduling experience

APICS certification / qualification with Supply Chain experience

Minimum of 5

years' Supply Chain experience within a complex Manufacturing/repair environmentQualification: Manufacturing/ Production / Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. National Diploma / BTech Industrial Engineering (Higher Diploma)What you will be a part of
