    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client accounts and technical projects to ensure successful use of Altair Simulation tools
    • Understand client engineering workflows and propose optimal simulation solutions
    • Provide training and technical support for Altair Simulation products
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities
    • Present technical solutions to customers, aligning with their design objectives and constraints
    • Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design
    • Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for customer queries

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods
    • Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like Altair, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in simulation application and support
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively
    • Experience applying simulation strategies in real-world engineering projects will be an asset
