Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule staff and manage staff
- Manage, develop, train and lead all F.O.H staff
- Stock control and stock take.
- Deal with customer complaints in order to make it an pleasant experience for all clients.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by the General Manager.
Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge required:
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Must have a sound knowledge and experience in the Trident POS system.
- Great customer service and management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and willing to lead by example.
- Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays according to hospitality hours.
- Be customer focused.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans fluently.
- Must be strong with staff control and have the ability to handle conflict if necessary.
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Discretion and integrity
- Must have problem analysis and problemsolving skills
- Stress tolerance
- Decisionmaking
- This person will be for employment in a position of trust and honesty and entails the handling of cash or finances
