Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule staff and manage staff
  • Manage, develop, train and lead all F.O.H staff
  • Stock control and stock take.
  • Deal with customer complaints in order to make it an pleasant experience for all clients.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by the General Manager.

Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge required:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Must have a sound knowledge and experience in the Trident POS system.
  • Great customer service and management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and willing to lead by example.
  • Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays according to hospitality hours.
  • Be customer focused.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team.
  • Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans fluently.
  • Must be strong with staff control and have the ability to handle conflict if necessary.
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Discretion and integrity
  • Must have problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Decisionmaking
  • This person will be for employment in a position of trust and honesty and entails the handling of cash or finances
