    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to provide actuarial solutions to internal and external clients within the insurance industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research in the short-term insurance industry to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
    • Develop technical software proficiency to deliver data-driven outputs and insights.
    • Communicate complex ideas effectively through written documentation and presentations.
    • Build comprehensive knowledge of actuarial products and industry trends.
    • Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on our business and implement necessary adjustments.
    • Maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
    • Foster collaborative working relationships to drive project goals and objectives.
    • Synthesize business strategy, objectives, and values to ensure alignment and achieve business outcomes.
    • Develop and implement personal development plans to enhance skills and performance.
    • Share expertise and knowledge with team members and stakeholders through formal and informal interactions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in Actuarial Science highly desirable.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Actuarial field, preferably in the short-term insurance industry.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and relevant software applications.

    Behavioral Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
