Client Details:
Our client is a software development consultancy specialising in customised internal systems, blockchain development, hardware integration, cybersecurity enhancements, and cloud migrations.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting plan to attract high-quality tech talent through various channels.
Extend job offers, handle new hires onboarding, and collaborate with managers for a smooth transition.
Minimise reliance on recruitment agencies and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Assist in performance assessments, identify training needs, and ensure HR practices compliance.
Foster a positive work environment, communicate HR policies, and manage employee benefits programs.
Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
Desirable SABPP certification.
Essential prior recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Experience utilising job boards, social media, and advertising for recruitment.
Familiarity with South Africa's labour law and hiring regulations.
Advantageous generalist HR experience.
Mandatory proficiency in English, additional South African language knowledge beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and online job platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.
Work Type / Location:
Remote initially then hybrid once our client has their Cape Town offices up and running
