    We are seeking a professional and well-groomed candidate with exceptional people skills and a hands-on approach to fill the role of Onsite Event Registration Manager. This position involves overseeing the event registration process at various high-end corporate events, preferably in hospitality or audio-visual events.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the setup and operation of the event registration area to ensure a seamless check-in experience for all guests.
    2. Train and supervise temporary promotional staff to guarantee they interact correctly and professionally with attendees.
    3. Transport and set up necessary equipment, including laptops and printers, at the venue prior to the event's commencement.
    4. Maintain a professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of corporate events.
    5. Collaborate with Event Coordinators and other staff to align registration processes with overall event objectives.
    6. Address any issues or guest inquiries with poise and professionalism, providing a positive experience for all attendees.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in hospitality/event management or a similar role, focusing on registration processes and staff training.
    2. Exceptional grooming and presentation standards suitable for high-end corporate environments.
    3. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate temporary staff.
    4. Excellent organizational and logistical skills to handle transportation of event equipment.
