    Description

    Job Title: Sea Logistics Sales Representative

    We are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to fill this role.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new business opportunities in sea logistics with a focus on SMEs, as well as maintain and develop existing customers.
    • Take pricing decisions in alignment with the Customer Care Managers.
    • Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers.
    • Develop expert market knowledge and demonstrate superior sea logistics products.
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
    • Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
    • Build relationships internally with other departments, including Customer care, Route development, and Pricing teams.

    About You:

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in sea logistics sales.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Strong commercial skills.
    • Customer-focused and sensitive towards stakeholder relationships.
