    Work Location: Towers West, Hybrid

    The Personal Loans Product area is responsible for all loan products to customers.

    This team focuses on system and process enhancements to optimize customer and colleague experience.

    We are solving a problem by automating processes, recons, and repetitive tasks using AI. This involves developing AI solutions to execute business-as-usual (BAU) tasks, supporting investigations, analysis, and operational remediation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve credit bureau exceptions.
    • Implement AI solutions to automate account closures and other fixes.
    • Support the review of product rules for maintenance purposes.
    • Execute credit balance remediation.
    • Monitor daily operations dashboards to ensure issues are resolved.
    • Provide account-level screen prints for complaints or enquiries.
    • Document exception reports and retrieve documents as needed.
    • Draft documentation for processes, systems, and understanding.

    Background and Experience:

    We require 5+ years of industry experience, preferably with knowledge of credit products or loans.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Automation, robotics, and AI expertise.
