    The Senior Account Manager will take charge of managing client relationships, devising and executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management

      1. Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, cultivating strong, strategic relationships.
      2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, offering tailored solutions and proactive recommendations.
      3. Provide regular updates on campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic planning.
    2. Campaign Strategy and Execution

      1. Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
      2. Identify and recruit influencers that resonate with campaign goals and target audiences.
      3. Oversee content creation, approvals, and publication to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
      4. Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
    3. Project Management

      1. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
      2. Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
      3. Handle administrative responsibilities, including contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting.
    4. Collaboration and Teamwork

      1. Work collaboratively with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
      2. Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to continually improve campaign quality and effectiveness.
    5. Market Research and Trend Analysis

      1. Stay informed on emerging trends, platforms, and innovations in influencer marketing.
      2. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies.
      3. Offer strategic advice to clients based on competitor analysis and industry insights.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    2. 3–5 years of account management experience in influencer or social media marketing.
    3. Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
    4. Strong project management and multitasking skills.
    5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    6. Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.

    Preferred Skills:

    1. Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
    2. Familiarity with influencer marketing best practices.
    3. Analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
    4. Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable partnerships with influencers.
