We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at United Exports Waterberg Berries. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing primary health care services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting a healthy work environment. This role involves liaising with the Department of Health for medication deliveries, monitoring chronic conditions, offering family planning services, managing workplace accidents and sickness, providing mental health support, maintaining confidential records, administering first aid care, and conducting health-related training sessions.

• Liaising with the Department of Health for chronic medication site deliveries.
  
• Monitoring employee chronic conditions with a booking system for minimal work disruption.
  
• Facilitating family planning monitoring with a booking system for minimal work disruption.
  
• Handling any accidents or sickness occurring in the workplace.
  
• Providing emotional wellbeing and mental health support to all employees with referral to professional counselors in serious cases.
  
• Maintaining confidential records of all patients.
  
• Administering first aid care for all accidents and incidents (when on site).
  
• Completing all necessary health and safety incident supporting documentation and HR-related paperwork (under guidance from the on-site HR officer).
  
• Planning and delivering health-related awareness and training topics to all employees (with the support of the OZblu Academy).
  
  

Requirements

• Senior certificate / grade 12 / matric.
  
• Proof of registered nurse qualifications.
  
• Current South African nursing council receipt.
  Minimum 8 years of work experience as a registered nurse.
• Occupational therapy qualification advantageous
  

• Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Registered nurse medical practice knowledge.
  
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
