    Job Description

    Xcede Group is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality executable source code in alignment with our development standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in technical scoping sessions to define technology, design & tools.
    2. Produce working implementation (code) from functional / technical documents.
    3. Ensure effective use of tools and applications that support the development process and SDLC.
    4. Maintain good relationships with business stakeholders, including project management resources and testing teams.
    5. Engage in performance management and career growth initiatives.
    6. Demonstrate expertise in software development, testing, database administration, and unit testing.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Java development, JEE, and JBoss.
    • Strong understanding of UML, SDLC, and versioning software like SVN and GitLab.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
