    Introduction:

Description:

Manage SETA legislative reporting requirements

  • Ensure that all SETA & legislative reporting requirements are met both in terms of content and deadlines
  • Monitor all recoverable grants and ensure maximum recoverable grants are achieved as per the service level agreement with the relevant SETA's
  • Submit accurate Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports to INSETA and BANKSETA
Stakeholder liaison

  • Manage any SETA led initiatives as approved by the business, including learnerships, workplace skills opportunities and pivotal programmes
  • Provide effective professional advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding the learning and development legislative requirements, policies, practices, and procedures
  • Timeously communicate Seta initiatives, grant s, and benefits to the employer.
  • Evaluate SETA funding opportunities and make recommendations on programmes that can be.
Monitoring and evaluation

  • Use appropriate methods to measure success and impact of interventions
  • Consolidate learning and development feedback and ensure lessons learnt are incorporated for future programmes
  • Ensure that learning and development programmes are aligned with relevant SAQA/SETA unit standards
  • Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure consistent, highquality delivery of staff development interventions
Administration

  • Schedule learning and development interventions and coordinate logistics associated with the learning intervention (learnership, technical and soft skills programmes)
  • Submit payment requests, create requisitions, etc. for expenditure, as per Authority Mandates
  • Compile monthly status update reports on completed and upcoming learning interventions
  • Regular documentation and updating of all processes and procedures related to role
  • Timeous upload of all documentation associated with learning interventions, received from L&D team on shared Learning and Development folder, as per defined process. Follow up on outstanding documents.

Education Profile:


  • Matric
  • Undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Organisational Development, Education and Training (OD-ETDP)
  • SDF Accreditation
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Professional, energetic, dynamic, and positive team player with great business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great relationship building ability
  • Clear communicator with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills with effective decisionmaking
  • Analytical & detail focused driven to achieve new standards of excellence
  • Selfmotivated, targeted result and deadline driven
  • Structured approach with excellent attention to detail
