    Amazon seeks a talented leader to manage fulfillment centers operated by Third Party Logistics providers in South Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and manage relationships with 3PL carriers, resolving operational issues and supporting commercial negotiations.
    2. Oversee performance of 3PL providers, including safety, customer experience, quality, and cost.
    3. Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to develop reports and manage operational performance.
    4. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Capacity Planning to secure capacity with 3PL providers.
    5. Leverage internal resources to improve fulfillment capabilities and performance.
    6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to provide best-in-class fulfillment experience and cost structure.

    Basic Qualifications

    4+ years of program or project management experience, advanced Excel skills, and SQL knowledge.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, process improvements, stakeholder management, and building processes.
