    Job Title: Channel Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary:

    The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and enhancing our client's mortgage origination and real estate channels' marketing efforts through the implementation of relevant sales and brand building initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, as well as project management skills and the ability to work in a team and in isolation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement data-led brand building plans across the distribution channels.
    • Measure success of plans and campaigns and provide feedback and insights to develop improvements for future projects.
    • Understand and provide insight into digital - and social media behaviour of the target audience.
    • Perform competitor analysis to inform the brand building and sales plan.
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Requirements:

    • Solid business acumen and good stakeholder management.
    • Lead change and innovation.
    • Communicate and engage effectively and with impact.
    • Strong influencing and persuading skills.
    • Technology savvy with a strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
    • Proven firsthand experience in implementing digital - and social media campaigns.
    • Project management skills and the ability to work in a team and in isolation.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • A relevant BCom Marketing Degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years' hands-on experience in distribution channel marketing.
