- Oversight of a team of approximately 15 artists.
- Leadership of the layout artist team.
- Effective communication of training to the team.
- Management of workflow within the department to ensure efficiency.
- Implementation of measures to ensure all work is accurate and meets high-quality standards.
- Enforcement and maintenance of high-quality standards consistently.
- 24-hour proof turnaround time.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A car for the hours onsite (no Uber or public transport).
- Lead a team.
