Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to and execution of HR Strategy
  • Guide business leaders in HR policies and procedures
  • Manage Employee Relations to resolve IR issues within reasonable times
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Employee engagement
  • Ensure HR excellence and compliance
  • Manage the training requirements and the execution thereof
  • Monitor absenteeism for the site & and send out weekly and monthly reports to the relevant managers
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Prepare and submit all necessary compensation and benefits documents timeously to payroll
  • HR Administration
  • Manage events and social calendar.
  • Grade 12 coupled with an HRrelated degree or diploma
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as HRBP within a Manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources Management, specifically Industrial Relations and Training and Development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent Planning, prioritizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills.
