HR Business Partner - Northern Suburbs, South Africa - Vital Health Foods
Description
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execution of HR Strategy
- Guide business leaders in HR policies and procedures
- Manage Employee Relations to resolve IR issues within reasonable times
- Onboarding of new employees
- Employee engagement
- Ensure HR excellence and compliance
- Manage the training requirements and the execution thereof
- Monitor absenteeism for the site & and send out weekly and monthly reports to the relevant managers
- Implementation of company policies and procedures Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Prepare and submit all necessary compensation and benefits documents timeously to payroll
- HR Administration
- Manage events and social calendar.
- Grade 12 coupled with an HRrelated degree or diploma
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as HRBP within a Manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of Human Resources Management, specifically Industrial Relations and Training and Development
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent Planning, prioritizing, and interpersonal skills.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills.
