    Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Ensure thorough understanding and application of relevant regulatory requirements, including FIC Act, FICA, and other statutes.
    • Receive and process KYC, NBI, and LPA requests from the dashboard, updating actions as necessary.
    • Analyze Firm questionnaire details for FICA purposes, utilizing relevant sources to verify information.
    • Verify that all required supporting documentation have been provided.
    • Process confirmations of ultimate beneficial owners, PEPs, adverse information, and analyze both provided and researched information to determine risk levels.
    • Respond to and resolve general and system queries related to FICA requirements in a timely manner.
    • Follow escalation procedures for high-risk clients according to standard operating procedures.
    • Resolve escalated system queries by logging requests or incidents.
    • Monitor ongoing alerts and reports.
    • Maintain and file documents on a central database, including engagement letters and compliance memos.
    • Link client codes to matters and manage lead matter linking in the system as instructed.
    • Conduct daily conflict checks during engagements, identifying conflicts and escalating them to the General Counsel and Risk Committee.
    • Assist with business audit checks by preparing required documentation and distributing it.
    • Adhere to best practice service standards, statutory, and regulatory compliance applicable to the finance function.
