Property Maintenance Manager - Hectorspruit, South Africa - Type One Projects

Description

• Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
• Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks
• Minor checks of appliances, furniture and working lights, fans etc.

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping inside and outside the house etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls painting and fastening loose items etc.
• Test appliances, Aircons, Stoves, Fans lights Pool pump and Pool Vacuum etc. to identify issues.
• Install minor appliances and equipment.
• Do garden/yard upkeep by cutting grass, trees, collecting rubbish etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation)
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)
• Collaborate with other workers and other professionals during renovations and maintenance.
• Report to owner all issues seen.

• Some experience in maintaining a house or office.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools such as electric drills and Allen Keys etc.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• EXCELLENT good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity (Ability to move freely)
• Matric Certificate with Mathematics
• Must be Located in Hectorspruit/Mjejane, Malelane, Komatipoort or Nkomazi Area
• Code 8 Drivers License a great advantage.

• Hectorspruit, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Code 8/B Drivers license (preferred)
