    School Achievement Manager (Primary Schools)

    Job Title: School Achievement Manager (Primary Schools)

    Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

    Estimated Salary: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coaching Principals to drive scholar achievement and productive school cultures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coach Principals to meet performance targets and model effective coaching to their own school leadership teams.
    • Use research-based coaching practices to build strong relationships with Principals and work with the Head of School Achievement to codify SPARK Schools coaching and management practices.
    • Develop and implement professional and leadership development opportunities for current and future school leaders.
    • Assume accountability for scholar achievement and stakeholder experience by maintaining regular school visits and collaborating with fellow School Achievement Managers.

    Requirements:

    • B.Ed. or PGCE
    • SACE accreditation
    • At least 3-5 years of experience leading leaders and/or a team of leaders in school management and instruction with proven record of high achievement
