    Senior Data Engineer

    The Role of a Senior Data Engineer at Managed Talents Solutions involves leading the design, build, and implementation of data and analytics products and solutions for various stakeholders to facilitate our journey towards becoming an insights-led organisation.

    This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and subject matter experts to deliver projects and products effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent is required.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations is necessary.
    • The candidate should have a proven track record of supporting data analytics solutions for at least 5 years.
    • Familiarity with Python and working knowledge of relational SQL databases are essential skills.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools and proficiency in using the Azure platform for Data and Analytics products are also required.
    • The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
    • No less than 5 years of experience in data storytelling and data visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics is expected.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading Data and Analytics analysts to ensure delivery of products that support decision-making through fact-based data, insights, and recommendations.
    • Engaging with key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and Coca-Cola System network to demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs and how data, analytical, and tech products and services can create value for their teams and business.
    • Actively managing the assigned data and analytics portfolio – ensuring delivery and adoption of solutions against agreed OKRs.
    • Assuming product ownership for products, solutions, and services for the Operating Unit as relevant for the data and analytics portfolio.
    • Adapting data and analytics products and services for use in the operating unit and deploying them to deliver compelling end-user experiences that drive business growth.
    • Contributing to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products for data and analytics.
