Job Title: Business Development Manager (Sales Representative)

Location: Polokwane

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires extensive travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop New Business Opportunities through Market Analysis and Client Outreach.
Maintain Strong Client Relationships through Regular Communication and Needs Assessment.
Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations and Meetings to Drive Revenue Growth.
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets through Strategic Planning and Execution.
Conduct Ongoing Market Research to Identify Emerging Trends and Opportunities.
Prepare and Submit Accurate Sales Reporting to Inform Business Decisions.
Travel Regularly to Meet Clients within the Assigned Territory, Attend Industry Events, and Represent the Company at Trade Shows and Conferences.
Collaborate with Internal Teams to Ensure Seamless Execution of Sales Strategies.

Requirements:

A Minimum of 3 Years of Sales Experience with a Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field is Preferred.
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills are Essential for Success in this Role.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills are Required to Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships.
The Ability to Work Independently and Manage Time Effectively is Critical for Meeting Sales Targets.
Proficiency in Using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite is Necessary for Efficient Sales Operations.
A Self-Motivated and Results-Driven Individual with a Strong Problem-Solving Skillset and Attention to Detail is Ideal for this Position.
A Reliable Car and Valid Driver's License are Required for Extensive Travel within the Assigned Territory.
A Willingness to Travel Extensively within the Assigned Territory is Essential for Building and Maintaining Strong Client Relationships.
