Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development (OD) specialist to drive successful change initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in organizational development, certifications in OD, change management, or leadership development, and a proven track record of driving complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven OD strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead problem-solving workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and performance.
• Guide teams through complex changes using effective facilitation skills and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Science, or Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of OD experience with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change.
• Certifications in OD, change management, or leadership development (preferred).
