This established and fast-growing Logistics service provider with branches across South Africa offers a supportive culture with great opportunities for growth and development.

***As the
Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations. This will include management of the team and ensuring deliveries are made on time and within budget. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving operational efficiency, managing inventory levels and developing and implementing process improvements.

***Duties include:***- Manage operational procedures and maximise the efficiency of branch operation.

Manage and lead the team of supervisors and drivers.
Monitor and analyse KPIs.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse personnel.
Manage customer relations and address concerns or issues.
Develop and implement safety procedures in line with regulations.
Load planning and coordination and execution of load instructions.

A
qualification in
logistics or a related field would be beneficial. However,
matric and at least
5 years' experience in a
logistics or similar position is essential.

You should have knowledge of vehicle loading and planning as well as proven experience in managing a team and driving operational requirements.
