Minimum Requirements:

Be a South African citizen
Must have CTA (BCom Accounting Honours) and ITC
High stress threshold, effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize duties
Team management skills
Effective communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

Uphold the Client's compliance with relevant policies, auditing approaches, auditing standards, and regulations, whilst proficiently identifying and managing risks
Efficiently plan and execute audit engagements
Ensure the team delivers timely audit work to clients and partners
Analyze financial data, records, reports, and statements
Maintain a deep understanding of clients' industries and sectors
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and make a tangible impact
Keep financial databases uptodate, including audit findings
Have a serviceoriented approach to dealings with clients
Conduct internal training as necessary and align with continuous professional development.
Act as a mentor, encouraging others to embody the firm's values
