We are a UK Start Up Company based in the UK and now recruiting in Cape Town, South Africa.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team.

Reporting in to the Sales Team Leader, the Sales Executive will manage client relationships to maximise value and revenue generated from each customer.


As a growing software (SaaS) company, with investment in new products and solutions for the logistics industry, we offer the excitement and innovation of a start-up with the benefits of an established business.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in line with the department's goals.
  • Achieve sales KPIs relevant to the department's goals e.g. activities, pipeline coverage, product mix and discounting levels as agreed with Team Leader.
  • Maximise revenue on transactions through effective sales proposition, consultive selling and negotiation individually and across colleagues.
  • Collect and report customer feedback of potential market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records with in the CRM.
  • Manage and organise an accurate business funnel with current and complete information.
  • Process payments in line with all current regulations.
  • Review and Resolve billing complaints.
  • Identify trends and competitors to improve or recommend new products.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Sales and/ or account management experience, using a recognised sales methodology e.g. Sandler or SPIN is preferrable.
  • Previous experience of succeeding in a targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Resilient and works well under pressure.
  • Strong questioning, objection handling and closing skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft office packages
  • Driven with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Experience in using sales CRM is desirable.

Salary:
R10,000.00 per month
