    Job Title: Branch Administrator Intern

    Reports To: Branch Manager

    Duration: 12 Months

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the Switchboard and Reception area in the Branch, including management of pool vehicles.
    2. Provide administrative services and handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors.

    Requirements:

    • Matric (level 4) and a three-year qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Technology or Secretarial Diploma (NQF Level 6).
    • No prior work experience is required, but knowledge of secretarial duties and MS Office packages is advantageous.

    Critical Competencies:

    • Planning and organizing skills.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact productively with Managers, peers, and subordinates.
    • Proficiency in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office packages.
