    Job Title: Call Centre Operators X3 (Fixed-Term Contract)

    **Summary:**

    We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Call Centre Operators. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making initial telephonic contact with prospective students, capturing their details, and booking consultations with Student Advisors.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Make initial telephonic contact with prospective students within 24 hours.
    • Establish whether the student meets the entry requirements.
    • Offer alternative courses if the student does not meet the requirements.
    • Capture student details on the database.
    • Book consultations for Student Advisors.
    • Discuss course details with students.
    • Manage Lead to Application conversion rate.
    • Respond to prospect/student queries and concerns.

    **General Activities:

    • Assist the Head of Student Recruitment with admin/marketing tasks.
    • Support Student Advisors with post-application tasks.
    • Capture database entries on SIMS.

    **Requirements:

    • High level of accuracy in typing and data capturing.
    • Excellent communication skills over the phone.
    • Strong organisational and administration skills.

    **Qualifications:

    • MATRIC essential; relevant tertiary qualification recommended but not essential.

    **Experience:**

    • Minimum 1-2 years in Sales/Admin/Marketing/Customer Service/Telemarketing.

    **Salary:** R250,000 - R300,000 per annum
