· Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
· Client Onboarding:
o Provide the client with onboarding documentation, including contracts, service agreements, and any necessary forms.
o Clearly outline terms and conditions, as well as expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
o Offer training sessions or educational resources to familiarize the client with your products/services.
o Provide guidance on how to utilize your offerings effectively to achieve their desired outcomes.
· Client Coaching: building trust and rapport, clarifying goals, assessing the current situation, identifying obstacles, and developing actionable plans.
· Client Support

Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Technical proficiency and the ability to understand product features and benefits.
· Passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
· Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
· Prior experience in customer care and - management is required.
· Prior knowledge of the NGO-landscape would be advantageous.
