    Program Strategy and Portfolio Oversight

    • Develop and implement strategies for projects and programs that align with company objectives.
    • Oversee cross-project initiatives to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Develop project assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
    • Maintain high standards for client satisfaction, quality, and performance across all projects.
    • Oversee project portfolios, aligning initiatives with business goals, and ensuring resources are optimally utilised.
    • Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and provide strategic solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
    • Certification as agile coach or scrum master. (beneficial)
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification. (beneficial)
    • Proven experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
    • Track record of leading agile transformations and fostering continuous improvement.
    • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
    • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
    • Experience in proposal writing.
    • Experience with utilising software platforms such as Hubspot (CRM) and Jira.
