JUNIOR DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER
With the future in mind, we are on the look-out for an exceptional, high performing Junior Digital Campaign Manager.

The incumbent will play an integral role in overseeing the performance of the respective affiliate campaigns and manage large budgets across multiple channels with the objective of deriving the highest ROI for our clients.

Success will be measured by determining the client's satisfaction with the performance of their respective campaigns, client retention and growth, and forging strong partnerships within the affiliate industry both internally & externally.


KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Campaign Manager will be managing several accounts simultaneously.

You will be responsible for developing strategies for retaining and growing accounts which will include identifying new opportunities within clients and being able to understand their needs.

You must have the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with clients.

You will be required to manage the accounts end-to-end, this includes:
Liaising and coordinating with the various stakeholders and ensuring that we deliver on our promise.

Strong organisational skills are required and attention to detail.

Must work independently, must be a self-starter and solve problems effectively as they arise.

Ability to balance with looping in the teams as and when required to do so and effectively communicating with the internal team and relevant stakeholders.


Responsible for client satisfaction and net promoter score, client retention, growth of client account and positively contributing to our team and organisational culture.


As Junior Key Account Manager you will leverage all inbound enquiries for our service and product offering, generated through various channels.

You will enhance existing client relationships as well as generate and target a pipeline of outbound prospective clients through personalised selling processes.

You will be responsible for performance of the campaigns you will be running.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
You will be responsible for tracking and following up all new and existing enquiries on a regular basis.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client account management
  • Translate client objectives to relevant parties to ensure delivery
  • Tracking and reporting on the delivery & growth of all campaigns
  • Accountable for campaign optimization
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • User journey optimization
  • Responsible for growth of existing client base
  • Initiate new business development opportunities
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs
  • Craft wellwritten creative copy for campaigns
  • Facilitate with API integrations
  • Campaign Budgeting
  • Campaign Forecasting

KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CANDIDATE

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Proven sales track record and ability to identify and target new business channels/clients
  • Confident to deliver key strategic messages to your clients
  • Confident to speak to management and C-Suite audiences
  • Articulate excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbally)
  • Easily adaptable
  • Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to forge strong relationships
  • Experience with handling briefs and client queries from start to finish
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay cool, calm and collected

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Industryrelated degree/diploma in advertising or marketing is beneficial but not a requirement
  • At least 3 years of experience in an account management/business development position
  • Ability to work with datasets is crucial.
  • Qlikview knowledge would be beneficial

Salary:
R15, R40,000.00 per month


Experience:

Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
- affiliate marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- developing strategies for retaining and growing accounts: 1 year (preferred)
