A Game Reserve with 2 Lodges is looking for the below 2 positions and will consider an experienced couple. Please note the positions are in separate Lodges on the Reserve. Accommodation will be in a property in the Staff Village

Person 1
A Bush Lodge in a Private Reserve is looking for an
Assistant Manager/F&B Manager to join the team.

Requirements:

Hospitality qualification

Previous experience in F & B at a managerial level

Previous managerial skills with leading a team

Strong admin and computer skills ( knowledge of OPERA would be an advantage )

Drivers licence

Honest

Reliable

Enthusiastic

Strong communication skills

Excellent conversational skills in English

Team player

Career driven

Salary :
R negotiable

Self catering accomodation provided in staff village

Transport offered from Staff village to Lodge

One meal a day provided when on duty

Shift work with 1 day off a week
18 days Leave a year

Person 2

DUTY MANAGER R PM

Livein position
Minimum 2 years' experience required within 4/5 star environment as duty manager
Needs to be confident, presentable and able to work with the team
Responsible for Opening and/or Closing the lodge and all the duties inbetween
Driver's License required
Opera (or other PMS) experience preferential

Self catering accomodation provided in staff village

Transport offered from Staff village to Lodge

One meal a day provided when on duty

Shift work with 1 day off a week
18 days Leave a year
