National Operations Manager

Integral role available for an experienced Manager who is skilled in ensuring business operations are running smoothly with the highest level of performance.

This individual will be part of the Executive team. If you are keen to continuously push boundaries whilst ensuring outstanding in-service delivery - Read below

Experience in the Restaurant industry would be advantageous

Some of what you will do:

Work closely with cross functional teams
Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance
to ensure excellent results & drive continuous improvement
Lead the customer journey from development to execution
Support the Operations team & ensure industry best practice is carried out at all times
Ensure profitability & ROI through developing & tracking customer satisfaction results

What we need to see:

Years of People management experience

Completed Degree in Commerce / Marketing / Operations or similar
Strong commercial & business acumen with a solid understanding of the customer landscape in South Africa
Experienced in managing 4+ Operations Managers as well as third party providers
Ability to travel as needed
Data driven approach to decision making & excellent approach to problems with an analytical & strategic mind set.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proven experience in successful product launches following a focused strategy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R1.00 - R2.00 per month
