Our client, a Solutions Partner is looking for 1st Line Technical Support Agents to join their dynamic team.

Job Descriptions:


The primary responsibility of the agent will be to provide exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshoot network-related issues, and ensure their connectivity needs are met.

The successful agent will work closely with the network operations team, escalating complex issues when necessary, and contribute to maintaining the network's high availability and performance.


Job Requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting technical issues and provide prompt, professional, and accurate assistance.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of networkrelated incidents, guiding customers through diagnostic steps to identify and resolve common connectivity problems.
  • Document customer interactions, including issue details, resolutions, and escalation paths, in a thorough and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
  • A wellorganized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
  • Willingness to learn and develop financial skills
  • Competitive and proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English

Requirements:


  • An IT related degree or diploma
  • ISP experience
  • Extremely well spoken and good command of the English language
  • You must reside in Johannesburg
  • Criminal and credit clear

Salary:
R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dunkeld, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
