    Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced Teleseller to join their team in Johannesburg.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact allocated customers daily and handle incoming sales or general inquiries via phone.
    • Provide support to Sales Representatives to achieve sales budgets and increase market share.
    • Maintain and update the client database, manage back orders, and ensure efficient processing.
    • Inform customers of out-of-stock products or issues impacting service delivery, address and resolve customer complaints.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist internal departments, and handle internal client requests.
    • Support the Call Centre Supervisor and handle the switchboard when required, assist with managing Cash and Carry Stock.

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Teamwork and collaboration, strong problem-solving skills.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software, good understanding of telephonic etiquette and sales skills.

    Requirements:

    • Matric or equivalent qualification (NQF level).
    • 3-5 years of experience working in a telesales environment.

    This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
