- Provide support to Sales Representatives to achieve sales budgets and increase market share.
- Maintain and update the client database, manage back orders, and ensure efficient processing.
- Inform customers of out-of-stock products or issues impacting service delivery, address and resolve customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist internal departments, and handle internal client requests.
- Support the Call Centre Supervisor and handle the switchboard when required, assist with managing Cash and Carry Stock.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Teamwork and collaboration, strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software, good understanding of telephonic etiquette and sales skills.
- Matric or equivalent qualification (NQF level).
- 3-5 years of experience working in a telesales environment.
