Job Title: Campaign / Key Account Manager (International Online driver platform)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign / Key Account Manager to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and event management, with a strong focus on key account management and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
Manage key client relationships and build strong partnerships
Coordinate and execute events and activations to promote the online platform
Recruit and retain drivers for the platform
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and drivers
Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Write and present reports to stakeholders on sales performance and business growth
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, event management, or key account management
Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Clear criminal and fraud record
Matric and completed Bachelor's degree
