A Large award winning Hotel in the Cape Town area is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team, you main focus will be the end to end Recruitment process.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- End to end management of all talent acquisition to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel.
- In conjunction with the L&D Manager, coordinate all aspects of learnership and traineeship programmes including learner management.
- Manage the annual performance management process
- Assist with the implementation of wellness initiatives
- Responsible for Induction programme rollout
- Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree)
- MS Office proficiency at intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300 People (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of labour legislation
- Knowledge and exposure to processes associated with the management of BBBEE is advantageous.
